(CG28669) Intex Krystal Clear Saltwater System Reviews
This system has been nothing but pure joy since I got it. So, I have decided to compile quick pro’s and Con’s to help you decide:
The Pros:
- Perfect for a lazy pool owner
- You can install with friends and family and enjoy the experience.
- It doesn’t require additional salt for the rest of summer unless of course heavy rain falls or you dilute it heavily.
- It is nice on the eyeballs, pool items, swimsuits, hair, nails and skin. That means it is not harsh like chlorine tablets.
- You can brag about owning a salt water pool system
- It is cheap. One of the cheapest but nicely made units you’ll ever find.
- It is easy to install and comes with a manual.

Cons:
I don’t think it works too good with inground pools
Not great for people who are allergic to salt
People who bask in the memories of their childhood chlorine pools may not like this.
The system runs with enough salt to keep your pool clean but not enough to get you floating.
Highly Recommend!
